On the 4th floor with a well-maintained elevator, with large windows with double glazing. As you climb the stairs, you'll access a shared entrance, where the front door is the NAZIONALE SMALL studio apartment and the door to the left is the NAZIONALE BIG apartment.
Apartment 1:
NAZIONALE BIG is a bright and spacious apartment, composed of a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen, washer, refrigerator, and oven. You'll find everything you need to cook. The living room is equipped with a dining table and chairs, TV, and sofa.
There are two bedrooms: the right-hand room is provided with two single beds 90x200, which can be converted into a double bed if needed.
The left-hand room overlooks the inner courtyard, is very bright, has a double bed and a comfortable desk for working or studying in peace near the window, as well as a small private bathroom with sink and WC.
In the hallway connecting the two bedrooms, you'll find the second bathroom, equipped with a shower and bidet. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but its favorable exposure and provided fans make it comfortable even in the summer.
Apartment 2:
A spacious and bright studio apartment, located just 1 minute's walk from Florence's Santa Maria Novella train station. Ideal for any trip in the historic center of Florence without needing to take any transportation!
It consists of a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and TV,
a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower and bidet.
There are also an additional single bed and single sofa bed.
Both apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, and large windows.
The apartment does not have air conditioning.
