You enter the charming entrance and head to the first floor using either the elevator or the stairs: the door on the right leads to Apo1, while the door on the left leads to Apo2—two separate apartments on the same floor.

The style that connects these two delightful accommodations is elegant. The characteristic entrance opens onto a hallway leading to the living room, a large space furnished with two sofas facing the television and a dining table for six.
The antique vaulted ceiling immerses you in historical architecture, and the fireplace in Apo1 adds a special touch of atmosphere.
In both apartments, one of the sofas converts into a comfortable bed to accommodate two additional guests. Both homes feature traditional Florentine terracotta flooring.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing (or having someone prepare!) lunches and dinners of all kinds.

The bedrooms are all doubles, distributed as follows:

- APO1, the apartment on the right, has two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.
- APO2, the apartment on the left, also has two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.
This allows for a maximum capacity of 12 people across the two apartments.

Additionally, the bedrooms feature large double wardrobes with mirrored doors, and the walls showcase the ancient stones of what was likely a centuries-old defensive structure, perhaps a tower. It’s a step back in time and a truly unique setting.

Each apartment has two bathrooms equipped with a shower and bidet.

An extra crib service is available upon request for both apartments.

Both accommodations are equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.
