There are two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and a bathtub, a dining area with a typical Italian kitchen, which is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and washing machine. The large rustic table can easily be converted into an office/work area.

Continuing on, you arrive at the spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed and characteristic furniture. To the left, there is an L-shaped balcony with arches, typical of historic homes.

From the living room, you can access the two bedrooms, each furnished with single beds that can be converted into double beds as needed.
