Situated in a vibrant and multicultural area, this home is ideal for a short stay, boasting an excellent logistical position! Additionally, the fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare lunches and dinners using fresh ingredients from the nearby markets.

Climb the stairs, and you'll enter the apartment, illuminated by two large windows. The double-glazed windows help reduce outside noise.

In the main room, the bed has a simple yet romantic design, enhanced by a canopy, and there's a small open wardrobe to store your clothes. The bathroom is modern, equipped with a shower and bidet, and we provide towels, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so even though Florence offers countless culinary experiences, you’ll have the option to cook something delicious right here!

The proximity to the station or tramway makes it easy to get around using public transport or leave your car outside the city center. Additionally, urban mobility apps make this location perfect for exploring the city. If you enjoy walking, a leisurely stroll of less than 20 minutes will take you to the Duomo, just a kilometer and a half away.

The neighborhood is lively and full of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars, and the Cascine Park, Florence's green lung, is just a short distance away. Stretching along the river, it's the perfect place to go for a jog or a walk among the trees during the day.
